プロフィール/Professional Summary

2005年10月にベーカーマッケンジー法律事務所にて弁護士のキャリアを開始し、2024年8月までパートナー弁護士として勤務。途中、2012年9月から1年間、ベーカーマッケンジーのシンガポールオフィスに駐在した経験を有する。2024年9月、鈴木国際不動産法律事務所を設立。 The Legal 500 Asia Pacific 2017年～2023年版の不動産法分野、国際法律事務所・ジョイントベンチャー部門において「Next Generation Lawyers: Bengoshi」及び「Next Generation Partners: Bengoshi」として選出される。
Taijiro Suzuki started its career as an attorney at law at Baker & McKenzie Tokyo in October 2005 and had worked until August 2024 as a partner. He worked in Baker McKenzie Wong & Leow in Singapore from September 2012 to August 2013. He established Suzuki International Real Estate Law Office in September 2024. He was recognized as a "Next Generation Lawyer/Next Generation Partner" (within an international firm and joint venture) by 2017-2023 Legal 500 Asia Pacific (Japan: Real Estate).

Taijiro Suzuki assists clients with purchase and sale, and lease of Japan real estate, and hotel transactions in Japan. He also advises on legal issues involving real estate finance and the securitization of Japan real estate and Japan real estate trust beneficiary interest (TMK structure, TK-GK structure, real estate specified joint enterprise structure, and trust structure).
